Kimberly Kantrud

Senior Project Manager

Kimberly Kantrud has over eight years’ experience in planning and land use. Her experience includes project management, accessory dwelling unit (ADU) consulting, neighborhood placemaking, historic preservation, and community advocacy. Ms. Kantrud said farewell to a long career in the restaurant industry to pursue her passion of the built environment. Transferring her strong interpersonal skills to her projects, she is driven to seek out efficiencies in the process. Since joining Atlantis Group, Ms. Kantrud has proven herself an integral part of the team’s operations and a valued asset on projects.

Ms. Kantrud holds a bachelor’s degree in Design in Architecture from the University of Minnesota and a master’s degree in City Planning from San Diego State University. With a passion for design, she joins the group with fresh eyes on the planning field and a desire to better the community in which she resides.
