Senior Project Manager
Kimberly Kantrud has over four years’ experience in planning and land use. Her experience includes accessory dwelling unit (ADU) consulting, neighborhood placemaking, historic preservation, and community advocacy. A relative newcomer to the field, Ms. Kantrud said farewell to a career in the restaurant industry to pursue her passion of the built environment. She brings strong interpersonal skills to her projects and a drive to seek out efficiencies in the process. Since joining Atlantis Group, Ms. Kantrud has proven herself an integral part of the team’s operations and a valued asset on projects.
Ms. Kantrud holds a bachelor’s degree in Design in Architecture from the University of Minnesota and a master’s degree in City Planning from San Diego State University. With a passion for design, she joins the group with fresh eyes on the planning field and a desire to better the community in which she resides.
