Steven Bossi

Principal Project Manager

Steve Bossi has more than 8 years of experience as a planner. His experience includes environmental, current, and long-range planning in both private and public sector positions throughout the San Diego region. He has written community plans, active transportation plans, and environmental impact reports and has processed entitlements throughout the City of San Diego, including numerous projects in Downtown San Diego. He has processed discretionary and ministerial permits for single-family housing, industrial, commercial, social service, and high-rise residential and hotel projects. He has managed project teams and schedules on multiple discretionary permit applications, processing applications from submittal to public hearings, completing environmental review, and issuing permits.

He has a bachelor’s degree in Regional Development from the University of Arizona and a master’s degree in City Planning from San Diego State University. From his experience and education, Steve has an understanding of the how the planning process works and how to properly plan projects within our diverse communities.
