The NIMBY movement has set up shop in Carmel Valley, as residents are ready for a fight in 2013 over the Kilroy Realty Corporation’s One Paseo project involving housing and density and a whole lotta retail. They’re going to need a lot of help, because the One Paseo project has hired Escobar-Eck to be its community and government relations consultant.
